na naší byli jen v jedné vlně, následně přišla vedra a bylo po nich. Třeba se letos ještě ukáží, stejně tak, jako tulipánovky. Neztrácejme naději

Jimmy, thx a lot. We found a few hundreds of fruiting bodies at the site. I suppose we'll find even Sarcosphaera coronaria, but I don't know if it will be this year. Spring weather is rotten

You have really nice and abundant place for this species.I'm finding Helvella leucomelaena in my garden under some pines.But i don't have many pine forests in my area.That's the reason why i haven't found Sarcosphaera coronaria yet(btw super beautiful species).Good luck finding it soon on your new site

Cheer up, collegue That doesn´t surprise me. People are also located in settlements under the pine trees in parks and gardens... Sarcosphaera coronaria can grow under the beech or in mixed forests, but always on calcareous soils or heavy clay soils with sandy limestone additions. I've always found it under a pine, mostly in moss. I wish you much luck in finding this kind. I firmly believe that you will be successful!

This is cool The most important are the places with calcareous soil. If it is a forest, you could take a look at its edge. Oak is not a good mycorrhizal partner, you have to find a pine or beech, then it will make a importance... If you have a place where it grows Hygrophorus latitabundus, Tricholoma batschii or Suillus collinitus, you have a great chance of finding Sarcosphaera

Děkuji Staníku. A ani se nedivím, u nás je takové vedro, že i kdybych je hledal, ani suchí bych už nenašel. Teď tu ovšem prší, takže se snad blýská na lepší myko-časy
